This is a java library and command line interface to enable the manipulation of netCDF files. It uses the NetCDF Java library for all interaction with the NetCDF files.
The netcdf-tools library provides a high level set of functions to interact with a netCDF file. They are focused around the creation and population of a netCDF file from an external data source.
This library has been developed by CSIRO in the ANDS-WRON project. The funding was provided by the Australian National Data Service as part of the Seeding the Commons initiative.
